Tuesday and Wednesday 29/30th saw the demise of the largest (and closest) of the three gum trees on the adjacent Council Maintenance yard. This particular tree has been the source of a substantial part of the debris falling on the green which will be a welcome reduction in the time involved in keeping the green clear of unwanted obstructions. The second to go will be the tree on the right scheduled for removal during the summer.
