Sat 17th October saw a busy, extremely worth while and above all totally enjoyable day at the Club. First we played the previously postponed Baker Eady Trophy Competition in place of the cancelled inter-club Pennants match. (Regrettably all round, our opposition had to withdraw at the last minute.) Ever resourceful, we replaced the morning with the Baker Eady Trophy, and this was followed by a visit from the Soccer Club Social Team in the afternoon, and SOCIAL they were. See next News Item.
