Our thanks to all our Visitors, Friends and New Players for your company. Together with our regular Tuesday players we enjoyed a beautiful evening in the unmatched surroundings of Shepherds Park enjoying the fellowship that is inseparable from the sport of Bowls. Once again, the green was in superb condition with the result that we saw some excellent bowling. Also our First Lady, Eileen, produced a welcome meal which was much appreciated by all.
We also had the rare occurrence of a Presidential win for the evening, with 2 wins and slightly superior Points and Ends over another 2 winner team. Well done Sandra H, David H (New Player!) and El Presidente.
Our President encourages anyone interested in having a go at our enjoyable and absorbing sport to join us on Tues/Thus and most Saturdays - check our Events Schedule for details of times. As a new player it is most unlikely you will on your own, and basic coaching will be available. All equipment supplied.
